What
form of
payment do you accept?
Payment may be made by Visa or MasterCard using PayPal or Personal
Check. Please note that your check must clear prior to delivery.
When
do I pay
for the yard sign?
Payment is required prior to display set up.
Does
someone
need to be home for a sign delivery?
No, there does not need to be someone at the delivery address for the
sign to be delivered.
What
does it mean to keep or to recycle sibling stars and pea pods?
We give
our customers two options.
1) You can purchase a keepsake sibling star or pea pod which is yours
to keep when we come to pick up the sign. OR
2) You can rent (we refer to it as recycle) a sibling star or pea pod
which we will take with us when we pick up the sign.
Does every rental
come with a keepsake sign?
Yes, storks and all occasion rentals include 1 keepsake
sign.
If I order on-line,
how will you get delivery and keepsake information?
After you place your order we will send you an email confirmation to
make sure the sign you requested is available. At that time we will ask
for delivery and keepsake information.
What type of
Balloons do you offer?
We offer 3 mylar balloons as an add-on to any rental. The balloons will
fit the occasion for which you ordering the sign.
Will the recipient
know who sent the sign?
Absolutely! We can provide a card with a personalized message for no
additional cost.
Do
you deliver
in bad weather?
Our yard signs are made of strong wood so they are weather-proof from
rain. If there are severe weather watches or warnings posted, we will
not deliver. In the case that we do not deliver, we will notify the
customer to cancel the order or set up alternative arrangements.
How
do you
display the yard signs?
The lawn signs are put into the ground with metal stakes. We are
careful to leave the yard in proper condition after the yard sign is
removed.
Can
I move the
yard sign?
We ask that you do not move the lawn sign but rather call us and we
will do it for you. A delivery fee will apply for each time that we
have
to come out and move the sign . If you have special instructions on
where to place the yard sign please notify us when you are placing your
order.
